The rooms at the hotel were very good, better than other places I have stayed in Reno, including Silver Legacy. They were clean, with nice sheets and a pleasant overall ambiance. However, the hotel seemed somewhat outdated, lacking a fridge in the room and plagued by slow elevators, forcing us to take the stairs at times.

The service at the hotel was indifferent to rude, with staff barely answering questions or showing any warmth. Additionally, they were visibly unhappy with guests opting for different room types, making the atmosphere uncomfortable.

The location was the key to our stay as we were in town for 'Hot August Nights. ' It was very convenient for our event, but the staff weren't helpful with directions. The hotel was also located far away from other casinos, requiring navigation of several sets of stairs.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were a bit taken aback by the unkempt and outdated rooms in the skytower, but considering the price, it was still a decent value. The service had its ups and downs, with a mix of efficiency and minor inconveniences. The location was convenient for easy access to different attractions. Dining options were somewhat limited, and facilities were adequate overall.
